The Big Time

My company got hired to concept a tv commercial for CONN’S! We have an unlimited budget to come up with whatever want!

Since when is “concept” a word? :)

Also, yeah you were right there are like 20+ Conn’s locations in Houston. I hadn’t seen one in so long I thought they left the Houston market. I remember going to one by my parents’ house when I was like 6 years old, but that one is gone now. I didn’t really understand what all they sold then (I think we went looking for a TV) and I’m not sure I really understand now either (mattresses and TVs?).

Danny is right - they need help with their commercials… What do they sell? Radio Shack and Conn’s are enigmatic to me.

    Congrats!!

I remember going to Conn’s with dad as well - so you’re not just dreaming. I’m pretty sure it was for a TV. Reminds me of a “mom and pop” version of Circuit City, with fewer options.

I do remember that Conn’s commercials a long time ago featured Alex Karras (ex-NFL player and Webster’s dad on TV), if I’m not mistaken. The last Conn’s commercial I remember was short with really bad actors looking extremely pleased to be meeting a Conn’s salesperson next to a refrigerator.
